Only used if we have a leak underneath a sub-floor. We do this to save time & money of taking up concrete to find leak.

Used to complete our financials each year.

Used for roof replacement, repair, and gutter cleaning when needed.

Nationwide Insurance

Our condominium insurance is with Nationwide. If you ever need information for refinancing or if requested from your mortgage company call the Board President and she will provide the contact number.

R & R plumbing

Used for water breaks, water shut offs, outside spigot repairs. If anyone has indoor issues with water heater installation, tubs, toilets, or sinks contact the Board President and she will provide phone number.

Who we use to paint trim, front doors, and steps on buildings. He also does interior painting, if you are interested call the Board President and she will provide phone number.

Donnie Williard Lawn Care

This company handles our lawn care and other landscaping items. If you ever want or need bushes removed or trimmed please contact the Board President. Do not bother them while they are working.
